Warranty
WIXCO guarantees that your knife is free from defects in materials and workmanship for its entire lifetime to the original owner. Should we determine that a manufacturing, material, or workmanship defect exists, we will repair the product or exchange it for the same model—or one of comparable value if the original is discontinued.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse (such as prying or throwing), abuse, or intentional or accidental damage. Broken tips, chipped edges, broken serrations, and damage from improper sharpening are typically considered results of misuse and are not covered. Damage from neglect, including rust, is also excluded. Bent, broken, or lost pocket clips are not covered by warranty.
For any malfunction under normal intended use, please contact a WIXCO representative (info@wixcoknife.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning the knife to our designated address.
If inspection reveals that an issue is not due to a manufacturing or material defect, the warranty claim will not be accepted. In such cases, you may elect to have the knife returned at your own cost or discuss out-of-warranty repair options.
Please note: Any modification, disassembly, or repair performed by anyone other than WIXCO will void this warranty entirely.
Return & Replacement Policy
In the event of a replacement, if the original model is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with a comparable model of equal value. If you would like to return or replace your item, it must be in LIKE NEW condition and within 30 days of purchase. We will issue you a refund once the item has been received and inspected by our team.
Refund Policy
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email to acknowledge we have it. This notification will also include our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. For returns based on personal preference or for items that are not faulty, a restocking and shipping fee (approximately $8 USD) will be applied to your refund.
Once your refund is authorized, the amount will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method you used, typically within a few business days.
