The 3.62" cleaver blade is crafted from 14C28N stainless steel, hardened to 58-60HRC. Known for its excellent corrosion resistance, toughness, and edge retention, this steel delivers dependable cutting performance through daily use. And most importantly, the 14C28N blade is easy to sharpen, the fine-grained carbide structure makes it remarkably easy to bring back to a razor edge with basic sharpening tools.
