WORTEX (WX16XL-C)

14C28N Hawkbill Blade
The 3.54" (90mm) Hawkbill blade is crafted from 14C28N stainless steel at 58–60HRC — a steel known for its outstanding edge stability, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening. The flat grind and stonewashed finish provide a clean, low-glare look that hides wear from daily use. The Hawkbill profile excels at pull cuts, slicing rope, opening packages, and tackling tough materials with controlled, aggressive efficiency. A dedicated work blade that holds up and sharpens back fast.

Handle & Structure
At 0.47" (11.96mm) handle thickness and just 3.60oz (102g) total weight, the Wortex carries comfortably while staying ready for serious work. The shredded carbon fiber handles deliver a striking finish with a unique marbled texture — no two pieces look exactly alike. A stainless steel backspacer reinforces the frame and adds visual contrast, while precision-machined stainless steel hardware keeps the build tight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to service. The result is a handle that feels solid in hand without weighing you down.

Lock & Deployment
The Button Liner Lock delivers confident, one-handed operation with solid lock-up and smooth disengagement — keeping your fingers clear of the blade path. Deployment is quick and controlled via the thumb stud or push button, while the ball bearing pivot ensures consistent, friction-free action every time. Built for fast, safe, and fidget-friendly use.

Reversible Deep Carry Clip – Ambidextrous Choice
The stainless steel pocket clip is tip-up and fully reversible, accommodating both left and right-handed carry. The deep-carry design keeps the Wortex XL low-profile in your pocket — always within reach, never intrusive.
